This course offers a comprehensive deep dive into the inter-related worlds of Business and Law. In today’s global market, successful managers must understand the regulatory frameworks that govern their operations. You will explore core business functions—such as marketing, finance, and human resources—while simultaneously gaining a robust understanding of the English Legal System, Contract Law, and International Commercial Law.

By using real-world case studies and advanced business simulation software, you will learn to solve complex problems and mitigate risks. Whether you aspire to be a Corporate Paralegal, a Compliance Officer, or a Business Owner, this course equips you with the analytical precision and strategic mindset required to thrive in professional environments.

To be eligible for the BA (Hons) Business Management and Law course, applicants should typically meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Entry: Two subjects at GCE A-Level (or equivalent), plus passes at Grade C or above in three subjects at GCSE level (or equivalent).

  • Work Experience Route: If you do not meet the standard academic requirements, your application may be considered based on a minimum of 24 months of relevant work experience, supported by a CV and professional reference.

  • English Proficiency: * IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any single element); OR

    • TOEFL iBT 80; OR

    • Evidence of previous study in English (Medium of Instruction letter).
